Wendy L. Darling, Family Coach and founder of Thumbprints International, offers presentation, seminars, and private coaching that supports children, parents and families. Her processes are fun, creative and FAST. Her technology, the Thumbprints Method, makes growing up a lot easier on the entire family.
Wendy Darling has worked with businesses, adults and youths for more than 25 years, helping turn their dreams into reality. As a personal success coach, management and organizational development consultant, and founder of Thumbprints International, Wendy has designed and delivered more than 50 seminar and presentation topics to over 250,000 people across the U.S. In addition, she has provided consulting for some of the country’s leading organizations, including Shell Oil Co., Monsanto Chemical Co., and the American Cancer Society. In the early nineties Wendy began shifting her career to focusing on the issues of today’s families. Along with her seminars and speaking engagements, Wendy maintains a private coaching practice for children and their parents.

She also provides facilitator training for other professionals who want to add additional skills and programs for their practices.

Wendy currently writes a Positive Parenting column, is a former contributing columnist for Metro Family, Dallas Family and Today’s Dallas Woman and hosted her own radio show in Boca Raton, Fla. She is currently writing a book for children and their parents. She has appeared as a guest on numerous radio and television talk shows. Her dream is to one day have a television show for today’s families.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education, a Master of Education in counseling psychology and personnel services and a Specialist’s degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Clients have dubbed Wendy as their personal “fairy godmother” for her ability to help them achieve and live their life’s dreams.
